What exactly is De Energy Hub app?

De Energy Hub is a smart parking and EV charging management app. It allows businesses to turn their car parks and EV chargers into bookable, trackable resources. Drivers can scan a QR code, book a space, start a charging session, and pay — all from their phone.

The app serves two sides: businesses (hotels, retail, fleet, workplaces) who manage the spaces, and drivers who use them.

How much does it cost for businesses?

We're finalising our pricing for launch. Early access partners on our pilot program will receive preferential rates. There are no upfront hardware costs — the app works with your existing parking infrastructure and EV chargers.

Do I need to install any hardware?

No. The system works with QR codes that you generate and print directly from the app. Each parking space and charger gets a unique QR code. Simply print and display them — no sensors, barriers, or specialist equipment needed.

If you already have EV chargers installed, De Energy Hub brings your chargers online for the EV community.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses can be up and running in under an hour. The process is simple: create your account, add your spaces and chargers, generate QR codes, print them, and you're live.

Can I use it for parking only, without EV charging?

Absolutely. The app is designed as two hubs — Parking and Charging — that work together or independently. Many businesses start with parking management and add EV charging later as they install chargers.

How do QR codes work for drivers?

Each parking space and charger has a unique QR code. Drivers scan it with their phone camera for instant booking. The QR code opens the booking page where they can see availability, pricing, and confirm their session instantly.

For returning users with the app installed, scanning takes them directly to check-in.

Can I customise pricing for different users?

Yes. You can set different pricing models — free parking with paid charging, paid parking with free charging, bundled rates, or fully complimentary access. You can also create promo codes for hotel guests, employees, VIPs, or promotional campaigns.

What happens after I apply for early access?

Once you submit the form, our team will review your application and get back to you within 48 hours. We'll discuss your specific needs, walk you through the platform, and — if it's a good fit — onboard you to the pilot program ahead of our March 2026 launch.
